Instructions:

1. Cut out centers of two frames. Cut a hole counter-clockwise. Bring scissors into the hole from underneath and cut along the embossed edge clockwise.
2. Cut out first layer of all flowers.
3. Cut out second layer of all flowers.
4. Carefully curl these pieces with fingertips.
5. Cut out third layer of daisies.
6. Carefully curl these pieces with fingertips.
7. Glitter all pieces matching glitter to the colors on the flowers.
8. Glue background papers together.
9. Center and glue down white background paper.
10. Carefully arrange and glue down first layers of tulips, then the iris.
11. Carefully arrange and glue down second (three dimensional) layers of flowers.
12. Optional – glitter the frames.
13. Apply double back cushion to blue frame, peel, center on background papers and place.
14. Apply double back cushion to white frame, peel and place.
15. Arrange layers 1, 2, and 3 of daisies. Glue or stick in place.
16. Tie bow and glue to frame.
